Shipping Policy

Currently we run several warehouses in USA and one in Britain.


Max Magnus Shop offers 2 shipping methods for the orders made in the US shipped from warehouses located in the US:

  • USPS - US First Class Mail ($9.99)
  • UPS - Ecommerce Best Rate ($9.99)

We use USPS and UPS carriers for the rest of the world - shipping costs are 40$.

Cost is calculated in your shopping cart. 

Your order will ship 48-72 hours after it is placed. 

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

For UK warehouse we use:

  • Royal Mail 1st Class ($7.99)
  • Royal Mail International Tracked or Signed Service ($19.99).

UK Orders placed before 1pm UTC +1 BST will be despatch the same day.

Max Magnus Shop makes enormous effort to ship the purchase as soon as possible. Guaranteed delivery does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond Max's control - such as customer/recipient unavailability, incomplete or wrong address, weather delays and natural disasters.

COVID-19 UPDATE:

Due to the ongoing global health crisis all carriers are experiencing delays across their delivery networks due to increased demand. This includes updates to order tacking and delivery times. For existing orders we do ask that you take this into consideration before contacting our support team, and to allow an additional 2 - 3 days after your estimated delivery time frame before contacting us. All shipping/delivery/return processing we may require additional processing time and please note that all shipping carriers are currently experience delivery delay, this includes any expedite shipping services. We apologized for any inconvenience.
